Service Description
Get started on your pole fitness journey! Our beginners class is perfect for those with no previous pole experience. We will guide you through the basics and help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence. We will be covering the basics of pole fitness and the classes will cover all things from spins, sits , pole transitions and strength and conditioning work to help us get towards being able to invert (go upside down) on the pole. Join our supportive community and discover the empowering and fun world of pole fitness.

Cancellation Policy
Please note, classes/1-1's will not be rescheduled or refunded if less than 24 hours notice is given. To cancel or reschedule classes, please login and do this is via the 'bookings' section of the website. If you reschedule a session on a pass, it must still be used before your pass expires. Sessions will not be carried over
