If you are brand new to pole or returning from a break from pole, this class is for you. We will be covering the basics of pole fitness and the classes will cover all things from spins, sits , pole transitions and strength and conditioning work to help us get towards being able to invert (go upside down) on the pole. It is best to wear shorts and a sports bra with a vest top or t-shirt. Leggings/joggers can be worn for the warm up. Please see FAQ page for any other questions or message us if you have any further queries not covered in there. Classes cancelled less than 24 hrs will not be refunded or rescheduled.
